These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") define the terms for subscribing to and using the paid services offered via the Repliq platform. The GTS supplement the Terms of Service (ToS) and the Privacy Policy.
Repliq offers the following subscription plans:
Subscribing to a paid plan is done online via the Platform. Payment is processed securely by a PCI-DSS certified provider. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). The subscription is billed monthly in arrears. The first billing occurs at the end of the free trial period, if applicable. Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding applicable taxes.
Repliq may offer a free trial period. The duration and conditions of the trial are indicated during registration. At the end of the trial period, the subscription is automatically converted to a paid subscription at the rate of the chosen plan, unless previously cancelled by the User.
The subscription is automatically renewed at each monthly billing cycle. The User may cancel their subscription at any time via the management portal accessible from the Platform settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The User retains access to the services until that date. No pro-rata refund is granted for the remaining period.
In accordance with the digital nature of the services provided, no refund is granted after the start of the billing period, except in the case of a major malfunction attributable to Repliq and duly established. For any billing-related claim, contact hello@gorepliq.com within 30 days of the billing date.
Repliq reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any price change will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. A User who does not accept the price change may cancel their subscription before the effective date of the change. Full and up-to-date details of pricing plans are available at gorepliq.com/pricing.
