Your pages rank well. Are they used when AI answers?
Part of search now ends in an answer written by Google, ChatGPT or another assistant. Human traffic is falling, and AI crawlers read your pages more often. Repliq shows you what these engines retain about your company, which pages they cite and what you can improve.

Fewer clicks, more crawlers
In your analytics, organic traffic declines, even when rankings hold. In your server logs, visits from AI crawlers increase. Generated answers rely on a few pages, and clicks through to your website become rarer.
The question changes: is your website among the pages cited, and is your company described correctly when a customer asks their question?
What Repliq shows you
Every day, we ask the engines your customers' questions, in the interface they use, in French, German, Italian and English. You see more than a score: you see the answers, the pages cited and how your company is described.
Is your company cited, and for which needs?
How do the engines describe it, from one language to another?
Which pages of your website are used, and on which questions?
Which third-party sites cite your competitors in your place?
Citation rate, page by page
The Sources module lists every domain and every page cited in the answers, grouped by type: article, comparison, guide, product page, directory, forum. For each page, coverage shows the share of answers in which it appears, and citation rate the average number of citations per answer. You see where to focus the work.
In our measurements, 9 in 10 citations point to a website other than that of the company concerned.
A simple method: measure, understand, act
Measure the answers on the questions that matter to your business. Understand which pages are used and where information is missing. Act by clarifying a page, creating one that answers a specific question, or working on your presence in the cited sources. Then track how the answers change.
Repliq also suggests actions ranked by priority. The module is in beta.
A Swiss platform in 4 languages
Repliq is developed in Geneva, for companies that address French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino and beyond. The same question, asked in another language, can produce different recommendations: each language is measured, then compared.
We also publish our observations on AI answers in Switzerland, sector by sector.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my organic traffic dropping when my SEO is good?
Part of search now ends in the answer written by Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode or ChatGPT, with no click to a website. Rankings still matter, and the question becomes: is your page cited in that answer? Repliq measures this, question by question.
How do I optimise my website for AI crawlers?
First check in your robots.txt file that AI crawlers can read your pages. Then make each page clear on one specific question, with accurate, up-to-date information, and be present on the third-party sources the engines draw on. Repliq measures whether your pages are cited, and on which questions.
What is GEO and how is it different from SEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) aims to get a company cited in the answers written by ChatGPT, Google AI Mode or Gemini. SEO works on rankings and clicks. The two overlap: a page that ranks well can be read by assistants, and they also draw heavily on websites other than yours.
Is ranking on Google enough to be cited by ChatGPT?
It is a useful foundation, and rarely enough on its own. To answer, assistants draw heavily on third-party pages: in our measurements, 9 in 10 citations point to a website other than that of the company concerned. Repliq shows which ones matter in your sector.
What KPIs should I track for GEO?
Four indicators for the company: visibility rate (the share of answers that name it), share of voice against the competitors you track, position in the answer and sentiment. Two for pages: coverage, the share of answers in which a site appears, and citation rate, the average number of citations per answer.
How can I find out which sources ChatGPT uses for my industry?
Repliq records the sources cited in each answer, on the questions you track, and groups them by domain, by page and by type: article, comparison, guide, product page, directory, forum. A filter isolates the ones that cite only your competitors.
